The team has been working diligently to get Aptly Leasing out before the renting whirlwind hits our community.
Aptly Leasing is set to be revealed at the upcoming AIM Conference going on next week between May 5th through May 8th. Stop by our booth or send a friend our way to chat Aptly.
We're also gearing up for an appearance at this year's National Apartment Association's ultra convention, Apartmentalize, at the end of June. More details to come!

Improve Retention and Online Reputation with CSAT Surveys
CSAT Surveys give angry residents a sounding board. Deflect negative reviews on public websites by offering an alternative medium for gripes. Alternatively, make is easy for positive reviewers to post feedback with a score of 4 or higher on Yelp, Google, and social media.
Send an email to get more CSAT Survey responses from your residents; here's a sample you're totally welcome to steal:
"Surveys help guide our internal operations and provide a medium to allow valued residents like you to voice their opinions. We are a community that thrives on feedback, both constructive and encouraging. Let your voice be heard and reply to the surveys sent on most email communication."
The more data you're able to aggregate from CSAT Surveys, the more accurate your data will be. You'll be able to strategically distribute resources across your portfolio based on the respective Happiness Scores:
Find your community Happiness Score in the Locations page after selecting the Location Name and reviewing the far-right panel under "Satisfaction."
Kanban and Leasing CRM Sneak Peek

And Aptly will soon adopt Kanban view options on several list throughout the platform!
Kanban rhymes with like bon-bon or SEAN CONN-ery.
Kanban Views allow you to visually manage your workflow through the use of cards labeling the topic of information contained in said card. The cards are arranged in columns along a linear pipeline.
Here's a peek at how we're using Kanban views for the Leasing CRM:
If you've used platforms like Trello, Jira, Hubspot CRM, or Pipedrive, this style may be of particular interest.
For those who have never used Kanban-based platforms, you're in for a real treat. It's a "once you try it you can't deny it" sort of thing.
Aptly incorporates Kanban later this month.
Mobile App Update
We're still waiting on approval from the Play (Android) and App (Apple) Stores. You'll be notified with a link to download the app to your device once we get approval.
Expect a ton of interface improvements with the phone app and super mobile-friendly pages and functions.
