From the conversation of choice, select the overflow icon>>set reminder conditions>>choose an alert time an input an optional reminder message:
A reminder banner will appear at the top of the conversation.
Don't forget to set you notification settings so you can receive reminder alert notifications:
We've added the ability to segment on the location page:

Psst: Did you know you can easily view all your residents in a community by clicking on the Location Name? The residents are linked to their contact card, too. This is an easy way to edit Contacts and add Contact Alerts by community:
Tickets are Aptlet extensions. You might have noticed, we already re-branded the feature:
Tickets will be attached to the Contact card. Each ticket category has the option for tracking progress either via traditional table or on a Kanban board.
