What is a stage and card field?

Aptlet boards are broken up into several vertical columns, called stages.

A stage contains cards. Think of a card as a task to complete or information to manage.

Cards have fields unique to each board. These fields contain important information, needed to complete a task. Shown below is a card and its fields including Assignee & Stage, Tags and Tasks. You can customize these fields to fit your needs!

Field Types

You can choose from several field types when making a new field. The field values will be formatted based on the type of field you choose. For example, a Date and Time field will require both a date value and time value when filling out the Aptlet Card.

Use more flexible fields like "Single Line Text" or "Long Text" for basic entries that can be more custom. Use more advanced field types as you become more comfortable with Aptlets.
