We knew cloning would be something of the future, but now it's here! Well... cloning Aptlet Boards, that is 😄 Whether the reason is to start fresh, you liked the fields and settings already placed on a board you made, or any other reason - you can now clone Aptlet boards!

  • Adjust the Board's Icon, Color and Favorites Settings
  • How to Delete an Aptlet Board

Duplicating an Aptlet Board

  1. Visit the Aptlet Boards page of your Aptly account
  2. Click on the three vertical dots next to an Aptlet Board and select Duplicate Board

3. A box including the Name, Color, Fields, Sequences, etc. of the Board will
appear. Check or un-check the information you want to carry over into the new board and then click Duplicate!

🚨 Be sure to change the Name of the Board, or else the name will be "Copy of [Insert Board Name Here]"

🚨 The Cards and Assignment Rules within the Aptlet Board will NOT carry over to the new, duplicated board


Adjusting the Board's Icon, Color and Favorite Settings

  1. Visit the Aptlet Boards page of your Aptly account
  2. Click on the three vertical dots next to an Aptlet Board and select either Icon and Color or Add to Favorites
  3. When you select Icon and Color, a small box will appear allowing you to adjust those settings without having to go into the About This Board Settings page

4. When you select Add to Favorites, your board will be moved to the top of the
boards, along with the other Favorited Boards, allowing you to easily place your
go-to boards ⭐ Once you've made a board a Favorite, you can Un-Favorite it by selecting the three dots again, then clicking Remove from Favorites


Deleting an Aptlet Board

  1. Visit the Aptlet Boards page of your Aptly account
  2. Click on the three vertical dots next to an Aptlet Board and select Delete
  3. A box will appear asking "Are you sure you want to delete [Insert Board Name Here]?" Select Yes and the board will vanish 👀
